Suggestion privacy

Suggestions are used only to read what you share and, if you voluntarily leave WeChat or email, to reply about that suggestion. They are never public and never added to a marketing list. Your message and any contact details you provide are also delivered to the owner through QQ Mail for reading and replies.

The website database keeps suggestion text and optional contact details for 180 days. Email copies are retained in the owner’s mailbox and are not automatically removed with website records; contact the owner with your receipt ID to request deletion of both. Backups may remain for up to 7 days for recovery. You can request deletion with your receipt ID at 707198186@qq.com.

The form does not require an account and does not collect your name, phone number, screenshots, or attachments. Please do not include passwords, identity numbers, client records, or other sensitive information.
